A team-building workshop at Genista Research Foundation
At Genista Research Foundation we had the pleasure of facilitating a team-building workshop for a preschool team. Through interactive activities focused on communication, cooperation, trust and appreciation, participants had the opportunity to connect, have fun, recognise each other's strengths and reflect on what helps a team work well together.
Because effective teamwork is not about always agreeing. It is about learning how to communicate, listen, support one another and move forward together.
